Some times in a year of Open Company "КОПИС" introduces in manufacture new workings out and advanced technologies. The design, automated management systems of stands, the software is constantly improved and a new technical decisions take root.
That the equipment as much as possible corresponded to modern requirements, it is recommended to make its periodic modernization. Recommended periodicity for this service makes 1 time in 4 years.
Service of modernization of stands means by itself:
Modernization of automated management systems of stands. The maximum automation of the working process, the new software, additional possibilities of stands, such as communication with the personal computer, visual control over process of a running in with a remote workplace, preservation of the data in memory of the personal computer, listing of reports of a running in is provided;
Software modernization;
Introduction in structure of stands of the newest technical decisions of “KOPIS” Ltd. raising culture of manufacture, quality of a running in and tests, power- and energy saving;
Expansion of possibilities of stands under the nomenclature run in engines and autotractor units.
Modernization of stands also is recommended to be made, when problems of the Customer were beyond available possibilities of the stand, for example:
Necessity of a running in modern engines with electronic blocks of management;
Necessity of a running in various models of engines.
Considering development of technologies and shown requirements to engines and to the autotractor units, recommended term of operation of the equipment of “KOPIS” Ltd. makes 8 years. After the expiration of this term it is recommended to make replacement of the equipment on new, more perfect and meeting the requirements of today.
Practice shows that after the expiration of recommended 8-year-old term of operation of stands cost of their modernization and finishing to a modern technological level is approximately equal, and in certain cases exceeds cost of new stands.
