In spite of the fact that Open Company "КОПИС" equipment possesses such important advantages as reliability and simplicity of installation and operation, the question of training of the personnel remains to one of the major as thus the Customer receives considerable economy of time at equipment input in the operation, the prepared and trained personnel and, as consequence, as much as possible effective work of the personnel and durability of work of the equipment.
Having used service in carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works with personnel training, the Customer solves one of key questions of the initial stage of work of the unique equipment.
After end of installation works to the Customer experts of “KOPIS” Ltd. are sent. Within 5 working days following works are performed:
Check and adjustment of all systems of the stand, including:
Check of working capacity of the stand;
Diagnostics of system of automated management:
Stand functioning;
Working capacity of controls and regulation;
Alarm system and blocking operation;
Functioning of display devices;
Diagnostics of gages;
Diagnostics of loading station;
Diagnostics of other mechanical knots of the stand;
Training of the personnel of the Customer to an operating procedure at the stand;
Joint runnings in various internal combustion engines or autotractor units, depending on the got stand;
Revealing and elimination of refusals of the stand at a running in.
Starting-up and adjustment works with personnel training are carried out only by experts of ‘KOPIS’ Ltd.
The rights to carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works and personnel training aren't transferred to other organizations.
